Crystallization Reactor

Laboratory Crystallization Reactor is widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, especially in drug synthesis, fine chemical industry, petrochemical process, new material synthesis, concentration, crystallization and other experiments. This Crystallization Reactor, the inner layer adding the reactant to stirrer, jacketed layer can through the heating oil or coolant to do the distillation reaction.

According to the experimental requirements, the negative pressure can be pumped in the kettle, can be adjusted by control valve on the constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle to uniform drop material, and the reaction products can be distilled and recovered by using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

4. PTFE discharge valve, discharge completely and quickly, no pollution to the solvent.
5. PTFE stirring paddle, suitable for low and high viscosity liquid stirring and mixing.
6. Vertical high efficiency condenser, have high efficiency recovery rate. Horizontal condensation design is optional which lower structural height, convenient to operate.
