Product Introduction
The working principle of fluidized spray dryer is mainly based on spray drying technology. The specific process is as follows:
- After air is filtered and heated, it enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape.
- The material liquid (such as vulcanised colloid, etc.) is sprayed into very fine mist beads by the high-speed centrifugal atomiser at the top of the tower.
- The mist beads and the hot air in parallel contact, in a very short period of time to evaporate water and dry for the finished product.
- The finished products are continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.
