The fluidized bed spray dryer is Preheated And Mixed With Clean And Heated Air. At The Same Time The Solution Of Adhesive Is Sprayed Into The Container. It Makes The Particles Become Granulating That Contains Adhesive. Being Of Unceasing Dry Through Hot Air, The Moisture In The Granulating Is Evaporated. The Process Is Carried Out Continuously. Finally It Forms Ideal, Uniform And Porous Granules.

The Model 200 operates with a steam consumption of 282 kg/h at 0.4 MPa, enabling energy-efficient, low-heat drying that preserves the bioactivity and structure of sensitive ingredients. This is especially critical for probiotics, enzymes, and plant extracts.

- Adjustable Batch Sizing​

With flexible loading from 100kg to 300kg per batch, you can easily scale trials into production without overloading the system. This adaptability supports R&D transition and small-batch manufacturing of high-value products.

- Integrated Noise & Energy Control​

The fan is installed separately and rated at 30 kW, reducing in-room noise to ≤75 dB(A) while maintaining stable airflow. Combined with low compressed air use (1.1 m³/min), the system balances performance with operational economy.
