The high speed centrifugal spray dryer uses the physics principle of centrifugal force to dry out liquids really efficiently. The machine puts liquid substances into a high-speed rotating centrifugal atomising disc, which is fed stuff that's been filtered really precisely. The disc rotates at a very high speed, and the centrifugal force generated stretches the liquid into a thin liquid film on the rotating surface. The centrifugal force constantly moves this layer of liquid film towards the edge of the disc, and when it reaches the edge, it's thrown out by the strong centrifugal force and instantly turns into thousands of tiny liquid droplets.

These super-small liquid drops have a much bigger surface area, which makes them exchange heat with the hot air much more efficiently. In the drying room, these tiny drops are in full contact with the hot air, so they quickly exchange heat with it. After just 10 to 30 seconds, the water in the drops evaporates and the solutes are gradually converted into solid particles.

As the drying process continues, these solid particles are carried by the hot air in the drying chamber and keep moving forward. Eventually, when they reach a certain degree of dryness, they're discharged from the outlet of the drying chamber together with the airflow.The whole drying process is efficient and fast, and it also keeps the original colour, aroma, taste and nutrients of the material, so it ensures the quality of the final product.
