Mobile Minor Spray Dryer

Mobile Minor Spray Dryer is a new type of spray dryer with filtration function, aiming to improve the drying efficiency of materials while ensuring the quality of finished products. The hot air filtered through the air filter enters the drying chamber and comes into contact with the very fine mist liquid beads sprayed by the high-speed centrifugal atomiser to achieve rapid drying. In addition, the equipment adopts the inverted 90° S-type ventilation pipe design to further remove the impurities in the air, and the ventilation pipe can be dismantled for easy cleaning.

This Mobile Minor Spray Dryer combines the functions of filtration and drying, which not only improves the filtration efficiency for fine particles, but also has the advantages of no secondary pollution, lower filtration resistance and easy regeneration. In addition, by improving the structure of the temperature-resistant high-efficiency filter and the encapsulation method, it can be operated at higher temperatures to meet the aseptic requirements.
