-Accurate control of filling volume is achieved through high-precision metering system (e.g. servo motor, stepping motor), and the error is usually controlled within ±0.5%.
2. Aseptic filling
-The equipment adopts fully enclosed design and is equipped with laminar flow purification system to ensure the sterility of the filling environment.
Some models support CIP (in-line cleaning) and SIP (in-line sterilisation) functions.
3. Automated production
-Integrates the functions of automatic bottle management, filling, corking and capping to realise the whole process of automated production.
-It can be linked with labelling machine, cartoning machine and other equipment to form a complete production line.
4. Multi-specification compatibility
