Automatic packaging system

The main components of an automatic packaging system include conveyor belts, metering devices, packaging machines, labeling machines, box sealers and robots. Through the seamless collaboration of these equipments, automatic control and management of all aspects from raw materials to finished product packaging is realized. Specifically, the control system of the automatic packaging machine equipment consists of eight major parts, including transmission system, cup dropping system, filling system, coding system, as well as film calibration system, sealing system, film cutting system and cup discharging system.

The workflow of the automatic packaging system is roughly as follows:

• Discharge and collection: The automatic packaging machine outputs the packed and sealed items to the discharge port, and then collects and stacks them through conveyor belts, collection trays and other equipment.
