Centrifugal Oil Separator

The centrifugal oil separator is composed of sliding bearing assembly, drum assembly, liquid collecting plate assembly, machine head assembly, body, etc.

The power of the motor is transmitted to the belt pulley and the main shaft on the machine head through the belt and pressure pulley, so as to drive the drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum. The material is injected into the drum through the bottom feed port, and under the strong centrifugal force, the material liquid is forced to move in layers. The light liquid is in the center of the drum, flows to the upper part of the drum, and is recovered through the liquid collecting tray; the heavy solid is thrown on the inner wall of the drum, and is manually discharged after shutdown.

GQ SERIES CLARIFICATION TYPE

 

• The GQ series as a clarifying type (Liquid-Solid) of centrifugal oil separator is designed to separate low percentages of solids which are suspended in a liquid. The high centrifugal force generated causes the solids to migrate to the wall of the centrifuge tube where they are retained. The clarified liquid is the discharged at the top of the tube.

GF SERIES SEPARATION TYPE

 

• The  GF series of centrifugal oil separator can be configured as a three phase solutions (Liquid-Liquid-Solid). If any solids are present, they will collect on the wall of the centrifuge tube while the two separated liquids are discharged at the top of the tube by the dedicated outlets.
