Working Principle

Feeding
Start the Scraper centrifuge: Set the rotational speed of the centrifuge according to the process requirements. Once the centrifuge reaches the set speed, start feeding the material slowly.
Separation Process
Centrifugal Separation: The suspension is subjected to centrifugal force, causing the particles to be pushed towards the wall of the drum and form a sludge layer, while the liquid passes through the sieve holes of the drum and is discharged. Scraping Discharge: When the sludge accumulates to a certain extent, the scraping device is activated to scrape the sludge off and discharge it from the Scraper centrifuge.
Washing (if necessary)
Add washing solution: If it is necessary to further improve the purity of the solid material, an appropriate amount of washing solution can be added during the separation process. Through centrifugal force, the washing solution can come into contact with the sediment, thereby removing impurities.
Second centrifugation: After adding the washing solution, perform another centrifugal separation to discharge the washed liquid.
Discharge
Sludge collection: After the scraper scrapes off the sludge, the solids are collected into the designated container through the discharge port.
Mother liquor treatment: The liquid (mother liquor) discharged during the centrifugation process should be collected and further processed, such as being recycled or treated as waste liquid.
