Description of Bioethanol Machine

Bioethanol Machine is an important equipment, which is mainly used in microbial fermentation process. This fermenter is usually made of stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, able to resist the erosion of a variety of corrosive media, to ensure that the fermentation process is carried out stably.

During the production of bioethanol, these fermenters promote the growth and metabolism of microorganisms by spraying air from air nozzles at high speeds, forming bubbles that are dispersed in the liquid and utilizing the density difference to form a liquid cycle.

Work Principle of Bioethanol Machine

1. The air nozzle sprays high velocity air, which forms bubbles dispersed in the liquid
2. The average density of the liquid decreases, creating a density difference to form an annular flow
3. The materials in the fermenter are fully mixed to increase the rate of mass transfer
