Large Scale Fermentor Features

Zero-Dead-Zone Harvest: A bottom harvest valve (from Burket, Germany) ensures complete product recovery, maximizing yield. The valve and the separate sampling port can be sterilized in-place, maintaining aseptic integrity.

Ergonomic Access: For operator safety and convenience, models from 30L to 500L are equipped with a lid lift system. Larger vessels feature a standard manhole for direct internal access.

Design: The tank and jacket are built to withstand process demands with design pressures of 0.3Mpa and 0.35Mpa, respectively.
