Stirred Tank Fermenter is a device used for the production of biological products. This bioreactor is usually a closed vessel equipped with adequate ventilation, agitation, temperature and pH regulation, as well as a vent or overflow for the extraction of waste biomass and its products from cultured microorganisms.
Stainless steel bioreactor: The stirred tank fermenter adopts modular design and customizes according to user's reguirements. it iscapable of ClP, SlP, auto-lift of lid, cold point monitor of sterilization, data storage and remote monitor, etc. Thelow shear force of this bioreactor realizes high density and large scale cell culture. The culture density otmicrocarrier reaches up to 20g/l, and the cell density reaches up to 1.5*107. Volume is from 20L to 5000L.
