Product Description
Bio reactor tank works by the following ways:
Providing appropriate substrates: providing carbon and nitrogen sources, etc. for growth and metabolism of the organisms.
Maintaining mixing and oxygen transfer: Maintaining homogeneous mixing of reactants and organisms through agitators or gas flux systems to improve mass transfer efficiency.
Control output and by-products: Control the production of outputs and by-products by controlling the parameters (e.g. temperature, pH, nutrient concentration, etc.) during the reaction process.
Monitoring and regulation: Equipped with a sensor system to monitor key parameters and regulate control parameters based on feedback signals to maintain optimal conditions.

Structural components
Bio reactor tank usually consists of the following main components:
1.Tank body:
Material: usually made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and strong sealing.
Design: able to withstand the pressure and temperature of the fermentation process, providing a closed and suitable growth environment for microorganisms.
2. Stirring system:
Role: to make the fermentation liquid mix evenly through stirring, to ensure the distribution of nutrients and oxygen without dead angle.
Components: Including motor drive mechanism (reducer), paddle drive mechanism and axial propeller.
3. Aeration system:
Function: pass sterile air into the fermentation liquid to provide the oxygen needed for microbial growth and metabolism, and at the same time discharge the carbon dioxide produced by metabolism to maintain the gas balance in the reaction tank.
4. Temperature control system:
Role: Control the temperature inside the fermenter to ensure that the microorganisms grow and metabolise under the optimal temperature conditions.
Mode: Usually adopts jacket or coil, through circulating hot water or cold water to achieve temperature control.
5. pH control system:
Role: Monitor and adjust the pH of the fermentation broth to meet the needs of microbial growth and metabolism.
6.Anti-foaming system:
Function: Eliminate the foam generated during the fermentation process, prevent the foam from overflowing, and maintain the stability of the fermentation process.
7. Sampling port and discharge port:
Function: for sampling and testing the fermentation process and discharging fermentation products.
8.Sensors:
Types: such as temperature sensor, pH sensor, dissolved oxygen sensor, etc.
Function: real-time monitoring of parameters during the fermentation process.

In addition, the bio reactor tank may also includes baffles, shaft seals, air distributors, transmission devices, manholes, sight glasses, replenishment pumps, control valves, flow control systems, pressure regulating valves and other components.
