Working Principle

Working Principle of Stainless Industrial Bioreactor Fermenter:

It is mainly based on the air nozzle spraying high velocity air, which disperses the air in the form of bubbles in the liquid. On the aerated side, the average density of the liquid decreases, and on the unaerated side, the density of the liquid is greater, resulting in a density difference that creates an annular flow of liquid in the fermenter.

In animal vaccine production, the fermenter also uses mechanical stirring and material to produce axial and radial flow, so that the material in the tank is fully mixed, and the solids in the liquid remain in suspension, which is conducive to full contact between the solids and nutrients, and facilitates the absorption of nutrients; on the other hand, it can break the bubbles, increase the area of gas-liquid contact, increase the rate of mass transfer between the gas and the liquid, enhance the effect of oxygen transfer, and eliminate the foam.
