Control System: Utilizes the BIO9000 series fermentation process automation control system. It is composed of Siemens PLC programmable controllers, Kunlun Tongzhi 7-inch color LCD screens, and electrical components from international brands such as Delta, ZTE, Schneider, and ABB. It enables control and monitoring of temperature, rotation speed, defoaming, feeding, pH, and dissolved oxygen. It can be switched between manual control and automatic control at any time. The system consists of a lower-level control system, sensors, and actuators, with a floor-standing control cabinet, Chinese menus and interfaces, and can record and display multiple parameter curves.
Automatic Sampling System
1.1 Automatically sample each fermentation tank in the system
1.2 Set the sampling frequency and volume
1.3 Sampling speed: 2 - 10 mL/min, sample volume: 0.5 - 5 mL
1.4 The sampling system can be sterilized at high temperature (125℃, 45min) to meet aseptic control requirements
1.5 The sampling system is equipped with a flow-inject pump and can communicate with the detection system to achieve online feedback control. It supports multiple flow-injection modes and has an online measurement function
