Mixing system
1.Stainless steel bioreactor Equipped with an automatic lifting device, driven by an AC motor for the shaft seal, and a 316L stainless steel stirring shaft.

Temperature control
1.Stainless steel bioreactor adopts electric heating and circulating water cooling. It has the functions of air self-extraction and water cut-off, as well as over-temperature protection. The intelligent PID control ensures the rapidity of temperature control while achieving energy savings.
2. Fermentation temperature control range: Cooling water temperature +5℃ - 65℃, with an accuracy of ≤ 0.2℃ and a resolution of ≤ 0.1℃.
Feed control
1. Controlled by a variable-speed peristaltic pump, featuring 4 adjustable-speed programmable flip-top type stepless speed control peristaltic pumps;
2. Feed accuracy ≤ 0.02 ml/ver;
3. Feed range: 0.02 ml/min - 340 ml/min;
