Agarwood oil extraction machine Process Flow
1.Raw material

The agarwood is crushed into wood powder of a certain particle size, with the general particle size range being 20 to 60 mesh. The crushed agarwood powder needs to be dried to ensure that its moisture content does not exceed 5%.

3. Extraction

Put the dried agarwood powder into the extraction pot and seal the extraction pot well. Liquid CO₂ is introduced into the extraction kettle. The CO₂ is pressurized to the set extraction pressure by the compressor. After a certain period of extraction, the outlet valve of the extraction kettle is opened to allow the extraction liquid to enter the separation kettle.
4. Separation
operation
In the separation reactor, reduce the pressure and temperature to restore CO₂ from the supercritical state to the normal pressure state. At this point, the solubility of CO₂ decreases, and the agarwood essential oil is separated from the extract.
