- Pressure: The pressure during the extraction process is lower than the critical pressure of the extraction agent. For example, when extracting with butane, the pressure can be reduced to 0.01 MPa. The pressure regulation range of the compressor is from 0 to 20 MPa.
- Ratio: This refers to the ratio of the material to the solvent, usually ranging from 1:1 to 5.
- Extraction time: The single extraction time is generally about 20 minutes. Depending on the characteristics of the materials and the extraction requirements, multiple extractions can be conducted, such as 2 to 5 times.
- Solvent selection: Common subcritical fluid solvents include butane, etc. The selection of solvents should take into account factors such as the solubility of oils, safety, and subsequent solvent recovery.
Equipment Structure
Extraction tank
Its volume can be customized from 1T to 300T according to the production scale. The tank cover adopts a quick-opening device, facilitating the loading and unloading of materials. There is a stainless steel filter screen at the bottom of the tank to prevent powder raw materials from blocking the pipeline outlet.
Evaporation tank
It is used to separate the extracted mixed oil from the solvent. The material is usually stainless steel, and its shape can be cylindrical or rectangular.
Buffer tank
It serves to buffer pressure and stabilize the fluid. It is also made of stainless steel and can be designed in cylindrical or rectangular shapes.
