Our chickpea protein extraction operates on the principle of "low-temperature, low-pressure" extraction. We use liquefied gases (such as propane, butane, or dimethyl ether) as solvents, which exist in a liquid state under mild pressure (0.3–0.7 MPa) and ambient temperatures.
The machinery is constructed from high-grade stainless steel (06Cr19Ni10) and includes automated controls for pressure, temperature, and flow, ensuring a safe and stable operating environment.
