Product Description
Our soybean solvent extraction plant operates on the principle of solid-liquid extraction. The system uses a food-grade solvent, typically hexane, to dissolve the oil from prepared soybean flakes. The process begins with the soybeans entering the extraction vessel, where they are washed with the solvent. This creates a mixture of oil and solvent (miscella) and leaves behind solvent-soaked meal.

advantages
- Low-Temperature Preservation
Our process operates at room temperature (≤40°C) under controlled pressure (0.3–0.7 MPa), eliminating heat-induced protein degradation. Soy protein retains its native structure and functionality, enabling high-value applications in food and feed.
- Optimal Solvent Selection
These solvents ensure efficient lipid recovery while safeguarding protein integrity.
- Gentle Desolventization
The subsequent low-temperature desolventization (<40°C) guarantees minimal protein alteration in the meal.
application
Our soybean solvent extraction plant is used in various agricultural and industrial settings:
Edible Oil Refineries: The primary application is the extraction of crude soybean oil, which is then refined for cooking oil, margarine, and shortening production.
Animal Feed Production: The high-protein soybean meal produced as a by-product is a key ingredient in feed for poultry, swine, and cattle.
Bio-diesel Manufacturing: The crude oil extracted can serve as a feedstock for bio-diesel production, providing a renewable energy source.
