Working principle
The sub critical fluid extraction technology is used to remove the degreasing production of dozens of materials such as soybean, peanut, walnut, almond, wheat germ, coffee bean, pumpkin seed, etc. At the same time, the corresponding vegetable oil is extracted. From the perspective of extraction efficiency, the active ingredients of plant powder obtained at low temperatures have been maximally protected. Taking plant protein as an example, the water-soluble protein index NSI is above 86%, and the VE component of wheat germ oil is above 95%. Compared with other methods, it has obvious advantages: the processing material volume is generally between 30-100 tons/day, the extraction time is short, and the cost is low. With the increasing development scope of agricultural and forestry products, subcritical fluid extraction technology has broader application prospects in the food industry.
Under a certain pressure, the material is subjected to countercurrent extraction using a liquefied subcritical solvent. The solvent in the extraction liquid (liquid phase) undergoes an evaporation process to vaporize the solvent and separate it from the extracted target component, resulting in the product; The extracted material evaporates out of the adsorbed solvent, resulting in another product (solid phase). The vaporized solvent is liquefied and recycled after compression and heat exchange.
