The working principle of UHT milk pasteurizer is based on the principle of pasteurisation. Pasteurisation is a method of using bacteria to die at high temperatures to sterilise. In a UHT milk pasteurizer, milk is heated to a specific temperature (e.g. around 72°C), kept for a period of time to kill bacteria in the milk, and then immediately cooled to a lower temperature (e.g. around 4°C) to maintain the freshness of the milk. The heating system includes electric heating element and heating container, which is used to heat the milk to the temperature of pasteurisation; the cooling system includes cooling pump and cooling water tower, which is used to rapidly cool the heated milk to the required temperature.
