Disc type grinder is divided into single disc and double disc two kinds, to double disc grinder application is most common. In a double disc grinder, multiple workpieces are simultaneously placed into the cage located between the upper and lower grinding discs, and the cage and workpieces are brought into parallel motion by an eccentric or planetary mechanism with action planes.
