The Triple effect evaporator is often used for the evaporation and concentration of alcohol extract, alcohol sediment and other materials and the heat-sensitive low-temperature concentration of a variety of materials. Single-effect evaporation:
The secondary steam generated during the evaporation of the solution in the evaporator is not reused.
Multiple-effect evaporation:
It is a series of evaporative operations where the secondary steam from the previous effect is used to heat the steam in the next effect. In Triple effect evaporator, the operating pressure and corresponding heating steam temperature decrease along with the boiling point of the solution.
