Working principle
The working principle of scraper type thin film evaporator mainly involves the role of rotating film scraper. The material enters the horizontal evaporator continuously from the large diameter end, is accelerated and distributed by the scraping film sheet and immediately forms a thin flow film on the heating surface. The conical film evaporator, on the other hand, relies on the rotor to exert a centrifugal force on the material, which accelerates the material and sufficiently moistens the heating surface. In this process, the light components (low-boiling materials) flow downstream through the evaporator into the vapour-liquid separator, while the heavy components (high-boiling materials) climb along the heated wall to be discharged at the small end of the outlet.
