working principle

High Quality Laboratory rotary evaporator with chiller and vacuum pump: by electronic control, the flask is rotated at a constant speed at the most suitable speed to increase the evaporation area. The evaporation flask is heated at constant temperature in the water bath while rotating, and the solution in the flask is heated and diffused in the rotating flask under negative pressure. The solvent forms a thin film and increases the evaporation area. In addition, under the action of an efficient cooler, the hot vapor can be rapidly liquefied, speeding up the evaporation rate.

Rotating motor, through the rotation of the motor to drive the evaporation bottle containing the sample.
The evaporation tube, the evaporation tube has two functions, first play the role of sample rotation support shaft, and then through the evaporation tube, the vacuum system will suck out the sample.
Vacuum system, used to reduce the pressure of the rotary evaporator system.
Fluid heating pot, usually heated with water samples.
Condensation tube, use double snake condensation or other condensing agent such as dry ice, acetone condensation sample.
Condense the sample collection bottle, and the sample will enter the collection bottle after cooling.
