The cream separator for goat milk is primarily used for skimming milk, whey protein isolation, butter production, wheat shock shower, casein production, cheese production, anhydrous butter centrifuge enrichment, and other processes in medium to large dairy industry enterprises. The equipment features a closed structure, with all milk-contact parts made of stainless steel, in line with national food hygiene standards. According to user requirements, it can also be used for milk, milk residue, condensed casein, protein, and whey protein isolation, as well as whey clarification and purification.

 

Main Features

  1. The machine starts using friction, taking about six to ten minutes. It runs smoothly with low noise and vibration, making the installation path very easy to operate.
  2. The bearings use imported FAG, the transducer is from the Japanese brand "Fuji," and the main strengthened parts of the roller body and roller cover use 2Cr13. Other parts that contact materials, such as the disc, are made of 304L.
  3. The stainless steel cover uses SUS304.
  4. The base is made of cast steel, with coating applied in the same way as a ship's bottom.
