3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge is a kind of equipment for solid-liquid separation, which is mainly used to separate a solid phase (the highest density) and two liquid phases with different densities.

Working Principle

The working principle of 3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge is that the rotating drum and spiral rotate at a differential speed in the same direction, the material enters the inner spiral cylinder through the feed pipe and enters the rotating drum from the feed port.

Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase material is deposited on the wall of the rotating drum to form a sediment layer, and the two liquid phase materials respectively form a light liquid phase ring and a heavy liquid phase ring. From the wall of the rotating drum, the solid phase layer, the heavy liquid phase layer and the light liquid phase layer are successively turned inward.This separation method can realize the effective separation of solid-liquid-liquid three phases.
