Algae separation centrifuge typically consists of a series of closely spaced discs that form a narrow space called a separation channel.
When the feed port enters the liquid mixture, higher rotational speeds may cause different concentrations of centrifuges to lead to sediment charges or centrifuges. Finally, the separation process can be achieved.

Working Principle
The purpose of algae separation centrifuge is to separate out substances with different mass ratios from mixed fluid.Separation forms included solid-liquid separation,liquid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation.
When the mixed fluid enters the centrifuge rotating bowl through the feed tube, under the action of centrifugal acceleration, the dense solid will be rapidly deposited on the inner wall of the bowl.
The precipitated solids are pushed through the screw propeller to the conical end of the bowl and discharged from the remaining outlet of the centrifuge.
The less dense liquid phase forms a liquid ring layer and is expelled from the bowl. The bowl and the propeller operate at high speed at the same time, and the speed difference allows the solid deposited on the bowl wall to be transported through the propeller to the residue outlet.

Algae separation centrifuge has the following main areas of application but are not limited to:
- Mineral oil industry: purification of fuel and lubricants for ship engines, land diesel engines, power stations, and other industries;
- Dairy industry: clarification, purification, and defatting of fresh milk
- Vegetable oil industry: purification and clarification of palm oil, olive oil, avocado oil and other fruit oils, as well as degumming, soaping, dehydration, and dewaxing of vegetable oil refining;
- Beverage products industry: clarification of beer, juice, beverage, extraction of plant protein, wastewater treatment, etc; clarification of bio-engineering fermentation broth;
- Starch industry: concentration and grading of starch slurry;
- Chemical industry: purification or clarification of chemical raw materials;
- Lanolin industry: extracting and purifying lanolin from wool washing wastewater;
- Latex industry: purification and concentration of natural rubber emulsion;
- Other industries: laboratory, petroleum, coking, kaolin, pulp recycling, electrolyte treatment, wastewater treatment,environmental protection, etc., as well as the extraction of animal and vegetable proteins, the extraction and refining of animal fats, and the separation of mixed fatty acids.
