Working Principle

The working principle of the Centrifugal milk cream separator is mainly to use centrifugal force to achieve the separation of substances. When the cream disc centrifuge is running, the rotating drum or disc inside it rotates at high speed, producing a strong centrifugal force.
Centrifugal milk cream separator force causes particles of different densities in the mixture to be acted upon by different forces, causing them to move radially outward. Over time, particles of different sizes are naturally graded and sequentially passed through a detector located close to the bottom of the turntable cavity, achieving efficient separation.
Application
The centrifugal milk cream separator is mainly applied in the following fields
- Milk fat recovery and processing: When dairy equipment (such as butter production machines) is flushed, washing water containing a large amount of milk fat is produced. The use of centrifuges can extract milk fat from this cleaning water to achieve the recovery of milk fat and the purification of wastewater.
