Supercritical olive oil extraction coffee oil extraction equipment mainly utilises supercritical fluids (usually carbon dioxide) at high pressures and temperatures. This technology is highly efficient, environmentally friendly and safe, and is capable of effectively extracting the desired substances from complex mixtures. Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is widely used in the extraction of vegetable oils and fats due to its good solvent properties.
Supercritical CO2 coffee oil extraction equipment usually consists of a high-pressure pump, an extraction kettle, a system temperature monitoring and control system, a separation and collection system, and other components. These equipments can be operated at conditions close to room temperature (35-40°C), effectively preventing the oxidation and escape of heat-sensitive substances. By controlling the pressure and temperature, the desired components can be selectively extracted.
The supercritical CO2 coffee oil extraction technique allows the extraction of olive oil from unbroken olives, a method that does not require a prior size reduction of the olives. In addition, this technique can be used to recover bioactive extracts rich in hydroxytyrosol from olive oil.
