Coffee oil extraction Process Flow
Raw material preparation
Usually, dried coffee beans or coffee grounds are used as the raw materials. The drying process is generally carried out at a temperature of 40℃ to 60℃ for 2 to 10 hours.
Solvent selection
Common subcritical solvents include liquid propane, butane, isobutane or dimethyl ether.
Extraction conditions
Conduct combined extraction under the conditions of extraction temperature ranging from 20℃ to 60℃, extraction pressure ranging from 0.2MPa to 0.6MPa, and ultrasonic frequency ranging from 15KHz to 30KHz. The extraction time is 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Post-treatment
After the extraction process is completed, the solvent is removed through low-temperature desolventization and thin-film evaporation, resulting in coffee oil.
