The granule powder packaging machine works by:
1. Feeding and weighing: products are fed into the hopper and weighed.
2 Filling: the product is put into bags or containers.
3. The bag or container is sealed to keep the product in.
4. Cut and collate: Cut the bag or container to the right size and shape and remove any excess material.
The machine also has mechanical, electrical, optical and instrumental controls. It is controlled by a single-chip microcontroller with automatic dosing, automatic filling and automatic adjustment of metering errors. It uses spiral discharging and optical control technology, which is precise and fast.
