1 Preparation:
The screws on the base plate of the machine must be removed before starting to use it.
Switch on the power, wait for the indicator light on the computer control panel to illuminate and for the machine to make a "ticking" sound, then press the paper feed button and the machine will go into standby.
2 Load the packaging material:
Put the medicinal composite film on the reel, snap it tightly, pull the composite film to see if it is flexible, fold the foremost end to cut it into V shape with scissors and pass it through the material slot.
Put all the granular materials to be divided into the bin.
3 Power on and setup:
Load the packaging film, turn on the power, close the photoelectric eye, set the bag length to 100mm, press the start button to start the packaging machine.
Wait for the machine to run for more than 3 weeks, use the ruler to measure the bag length travelled, if it is more than 100mm, adjust the coefficient smaller, if it is less than 100mm, adjust the coefficient bigger until it is equal to 100mm.
4Running and adjustment:
Switch on the power supply of the packaging machine, press the seal at the horizontal and vertical seals, check the heat sealing of the formed pouches, whether the reticule is clear and whether the temporary characters are correct.
After the speed is selected, press the gradual start key on the operation panel, the mechanical equipment enters into the full-automatic phenomenon, and continuous quantitative dispensing by itself.
5 operation precautions:
Operators need to strictly comply with the relevant safety regulations and requirements, wear relevant protective gear, and in the process of operation, strictly comply with the relevant operating procedures to ensure the safety of themselves and others.
Regular technical maintenance of the machine, such as recalibration of the various sensors in strict accordance with the manufacturer's regulations to confirm their effectiveness.
6 Emergency handling:
In case of emergency, please press the "emergency stop" button on the machine, which can stop the machine immediately.
