Products Description
CAPSULE SUPPLY: Capsules go into the machine one by one from the hopper. As the fork moves down, six capsules are fed and loaded.
Sorting and orientating capsules: The capsules are sorted so that the caps are on top and the bodies are on the bottom.
The vacuum system separates the capsule body from the cap.
The capsule body is filled with the drug through the filling system. The filling volume depends on the capacity of the holes in the dispensing tray.
How to dispose of used capsules: Disposal of faulty capsules.
Capsule sealing: After filling, the capsule body and cover are put back together to make a complete capsule.
Capsule dispensing: Finished capsules go to the finished product area.
Cleaning: Clean the equipment at the end of each cycle.
