This equipment is not a standard model listed in the catalogue. It integrates jacketed extraction tanks, pneumatic discharge, PLC control, water-oil separation, and more. Compared to traditional extraction methods, the extraction cycle is shorter and the odor is cleaner.
This project once again confirms our principle: the ultrasonic power itself is meaningless; what matters is the process matching. Frequency, residence time, temperature and solvent ratio must follow the materials, not the sample book.
The equipment has now been delivered and the equipment program has been tested.
Another ultrasonic production line "grown around the customer's formula" has been completed.
