The Ultrasonic reactor is constructed with high-borosilicate glass (3.3 grade) and PTFE/stainless steel fittings, ensuring chemical resistance and long-term durability. An integrated PID controller maintains stable temperature (±1°C) and ultrasonic power output for reproducible results.
