Our Homogenizer Mixing Tank works especially well when you need to disperse powders into liquids, create fine oil-in-water emulsions, or reduce particle size in a suspension. The fixed-speed models give you consistent batch-to-batch results, while the variable-speed option lets you optimize shear intensity for different viscosities or formulations.

We can customize ports, impeller types, and instrumentation to match your existing process layout.

- High-Shear Homogenizer: Rotor-stator design creates intense mechanical shear, breaking down particles and droplets for smooth, stable emulsions

- Variable Speed Option: The 300L model and above can be fitted with an inverter for precise speed control-ideal when you're dialing in a new formula

- Sanitary Construction: 304 or 316L stainless steel, polished to a #4 finish (or better upon request), with rounded corners for easy cleaning

- Jacketed Option: All tanks can be ordered with a heating/cooling jacket for temperature-controlled mixing
