Automation and intelligent control: The disintegrator adopts computer control technology with microcontroller as the core, and intelligently controls the water bath temperature, working time, lifting frequency and other performance parameters.

Precise temperature control: The disintegrator can automatically control the temperature of the water bath, which is usually set at 37.0℃ (Pharmacopoeia regulations), and the preset temperature can be reset at any time. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.5℃.

Independent basket system: The disintegrator is usually equipped with several sets of baskets, which can independently carry out disintegration experiments, such as the 4-basket working position system to determine the disintegration time limit.

Electronic Temperature Sensor: An electronic temperature sensor is provided to display and monitor the temperature at various points in the water bath and in the beaker to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.

Automatic lifting basket: The lifting frequency of the basket of the disintegrator is (30-31)/minute, and the lifting distance is (55±1)mm, which ensures that the samples are uniformly heated and stirred in the water bath.

Overheating alarm and automatic protection function: the instrument has a monitoring water bath temperature overheating alarm and automatic protection function to prevent the sample from being damaged by the high temperature.

Preset and Timing Function: The disintegrator allows the user to preset the timing range from 1 minute to 999 minutes with a time control accuracy of ±0.5 minutes.

Sieve design: The minimum distance from the sieve to the bottom of the cup is 25mm ± 2mm, and the aperture of the sieve is 2mm as standard, or 0.425mm or 1mm aperture can be selected.
