
1. Introduction to the subcritical extraction process of chickpea protein: The oil removal rate is over 99%, and the maximum output is 300T. The process includes drying and grinding (pressing), subcritical extraction, grinding and crushing, and protein purification.
2. Advantages of subcritical extraction of chickpea protein:
- Compared to CO2 extraction, the cost is significantly lower. With the same cost, subcritical extraction can obtain a higher protein processing volume.
- Considering the influence of solvents, in a normal temperature environment, the solvent butane used in subcritical extraction can volatilize and has almost no residue.
- The extracted oil, after refining, can be further used in food or other fields, and has anti-inflammatory effects.
