II.The Coconut Oil to MCT Conversion Process

​Pre-Treatment​

- Crude coconut oil degumming and bleaching

- Preparation of fatty acid feedstock

​Molecular Distillation​

- Separation of C8 (caprylic) and C10 (capric) fractions

- Continuous feed at controlled temperatures (120-180°C)

​Fraction Collection​

- Isolated MCT fractions meeting USP/Ph.Eur. standards
