Working Principle
2-200L Spray Drying Equipment
The LPG Spray Drying Equipment converts liquid feed (solutions, emulsions, or suspensions) into fine droplets via a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (25,000 rpm). Hot air (50-300°C) enters through the top air distributor, creating a uniform spiral flow. The atomized droplets instantly dry upon contact with the heated air, forming free-flowing powder particles. The dried product is collected at the bottom, while exhaust gases exit through a cyclone separator.
