Working Principle
The liquid feedstock is pressurized and delivered to the atomizer nozzle, where it disperses into micro-droplets. These droplets instantly contact heated air in the drying chamber, evaporating moisture to form dry particles. The powder is then carried by the airflow to cyclones or bag filters for collection, while exhaust gases are safely expelled via an induced draft fan.
