In this process, the mist sample is heated to a suitable temperature in a very short period of time, usually around 50 degrees, to ensure that the sample retains its original quality and activity during the drying process.

Low temperature spray drying structure features: mainly includes feeding system, sprayer system, drying chamber, discharge system and waste gas treatment system. The feed system is responsible for stably transporting the materials that need to be dried to the sprayer; The sprayer atomizes the liquid material into fine droplets through the high-speed nozzle, which increases the contact area between the material and the hot air and improves the drying efficiency
