Airflow Process
- Filtered air passes through an electric heater, reaching the drying chamber via a top-mounted hot air distributor.
- The heated air spirals uniformly, ensuring even heat distribution.
Material Atomization & Drying
- Liquid feedstock is filtered and pumped to the centrifugal spray head, where high-speed rotation (22,000 RPM) breaks it into fine droplets.
- The large surface area of the mist allows rapid evaporation (95–98% moisture removal in seconds).
Powder Collection
- Dried particles descend to the chamber base, while residual moisture escapes through a cyclone separator.
- A wet exhaust fan discharges humid air, ensuring continuous operation.
