High pressure hydrothermal reactors consist primarily of an external high quality stainless steel jacket and an internal Teflon (Teflon) lining or chamber. This design allows the reactor to operate at high temperatures and pressures while maintaining corrosion resistance.

The CJF series laboratory High Pressure Hydrothermal Reactor are suitable for a wide range of chemical reactions due to their unique design and functionality, especially for experiments that require high temperature and high pressure conditions.

Synthesis reaction:
Polymerisation reactions: processes involving the polymerisation of monomer molecules to form polymer compounds, e.g. the production of plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
Alkylation and acylation: the introduction of alkyl or acyl groups into organic molecules, often used in the synthesis of drugs and dyes.
Decomposition and reforming reactions:
Hydrolysis: compounds are decomposed in the presence of water, e.g. hydrolysis of esters to produce alcohols and carboxylic acids.
Cracking reactions: the decomposition of large compounds into small molecules at high temperatures, e.g., the cracking of petroleum to produce ethylene.


Redox reaction
Oxidation reactions: compounds lose electrons and increase their oxidation state, e.g. oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes or ketones.
Hydrogenation reactions: compounds react with hydrogen, e.g. hydrogenation of unsaturated organic compounds.
Reactions under special conditions
Chemical reactions at high temperatures and pressures: reactions that need to be carried out at high temperatures and pressures, e.g. refining processes of certain metals.
Biochemical reactions: such as enzyme catalysed reactions, fermentation processes, etc., need to be carried out under mild conditions, but sometimes high pressure is needed to improve the efficiency of the reaction.
