Precise control and uniformity
It has a dual-level pressing system of pre-pressing and main pressing, with a pressure range of 40–80 kN. It adopts a PLC touch screen control system, which can adjust the rotational speed, filling depth and pressure in real time, ensuring small weight differences, consistent hardness and stable quality of tablets.
