Product Description
Our Softgel Filling Machine has two main sides: one for the gel and one for the fill. On the gel side, molten gelatin is fed between two rotating drums to form two continuous ribbons. These ribbons are then guided over a set of dies that mold the pockets for the fill material. Meanwhile, the fill material is pumped with precision into these pockets. The two gelatin ribbons come together, sealing the fill inside, and the softgels are cut from the ribbon. The whole process is a continuous, synchronized motion.
