Working Principle:

The Commercial powder mixer operates through a combination of convective and diffusive mixing mechanisms:

Loading Phase: Materials enter through the top-mounted charging port, either manually or via automated vacuum conveying

Mixing Cycle:

The V-shaped vessel rotates at controlled speeds (5-25rpm)

Materials continuously divide at the V-intersection and recombine

Internal baffles (optional) enhance particle distribution

Discharge Phase:

Bottom butterfly valve enables complete evacuation
