Work principle

 

The working principle of the industrial powder blender is mainly through the mechanical force to constantly change the center of gravity of the powder, the use of gravity to make the powder flow downward, in the mixing process depends on the amount of filling (should not be more than 50-60% of the total volume of the mixer), residence time and rotational speed, its multi-directional movement ensures a more even distribution of the ingredients to complete the mixing.

2. This mixer also can be designed with the function to keep cooling or heat. Usually use water for cooling and hot oil or use electrical for heating.

3. The ribbons are dual structure: Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw drives the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing effect.
